Silly Sally

Mama told Sally
Not to go downtown,
Too many crooked men
Hanging around;
Sally did not hear
But went to town;
Silly Sally met Wee Willy;
Three months later
Sally began to swell
Nine months waited round the clock
Rappin’ at the window,
Cryin’ thro’ the lock!
