He Won't Love You

He makes you laugh
Happy. He is funny, and he smiles.
He brings out the girl in you
Makes butterflies riot in your stomach.
You giggle when you hear his voice
And wish you could talk more.
You chat for hours on end:
WhatsApp
Facebook
Twitter.
You wonder what the hell happened between you two,
That you ended up with me instead;
Yet you tell me you love only me
You’ve always loved only me.

You think about him,
Hell, you want him
Wish you were with him:
He won’t love you like I do
I’m the one who’ll stay
When he uses you, and walks away
For another tighter squeeze.

He has nothing to lose.
Me? Well,
I have you,

And Sherry and Kelly, to lose.
